Returns:

If a product is unsuitable you may return it to us, in its original condition, unused and unwashed. YOU NEED TO NOTIFY US VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CALL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY TO INFORM US OF YOUR INTENTION.
Please ensure to enclose a copy of your original invoice or with proof of purchase and return within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or credit note.
You, as the sender, are responsible for the cost of the returns postage. Please get a FREE proof of delivery note form your post office, when returning the item.
We cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to arrive back with us.
