  • Do you offer a gift wrapping sevice?

Yes, we can gift wrap, at no extra charge, just remember to ask us! This service may vary at Christmas

  • What payment options do you offer?

We offer a variety of payment options to suit you. Payment can be recieved online via paypal or by card over the telephone. We accept all the major debit and credit cards (but not American Express and Diners). We also accept cheques and bank transfers

  • How do I know my order has gone through?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we receive your order/ payment

When do you charge my credit card for payment?

As soon as we receive your order we will process your payment unless a private arrangement has been agreed

  • Do any tax charges apply?

VAT is already included in the price of the handbag. If you are an overseas customer then this will differ and you will be able to claim tax back 

  • What delivery options do you offer?

Delivery is via UPS and we aim to deliver to you within 48 hours of processing your order 

What happens if my package hasn't arrived?

In the unfortunate event that your package does not arrive, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem

  • What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

Please let us know within 48 hours so that we can amend the order and refund your money

  • What is your policy on returning faulty, incorrect or substandard products?

If your handbag is faulty or incorrect then please telephone us on; (44) 0 1420 488552 and we will try to sort out the problem as quickly as possible. If you have had your handbag for over 6 months then there will be a small charge for repair

  • What fabrics do you use?

We only use the finest luxurious Italian leather and all our linings, zips etc. are manufactured in Italy with great care and attention

  • What are your care instructions?

All handbags come with a dust bag that we recommend you store your handbag in when it is not in use. Cleaning and protection instructions vary according to the handbag so please do ask when ordering if you are unsure

  • What if I'm unhappy with the service I've received?

Please do get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will strive to resolve the problem as quickly as possible

  • What happens to the data you collect about me?

We hold it on record so next time you order a handbag we can quickly process your order. We add your email address to our mailing list so that we can keep you up-dated on the latest news. We do not share this information with anyone else
